How much is shipping?

Our Door to Door courier is R140.

How long will my order take?

All our items are shipped via Door to Door courier. Your items will be delivered to the provided physical address in 8 - 10 business days (upon dispatch) depending on your area.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch we will send you shipping references which include tracking number and tracking link. Enter the tracking number into the tracking box on the couriers website and you will see your items progress.

What do I do when I don't receive my item?

If you haven't received your item in 14 days please make us aware by contacting us via e-mail. We will then follow up with the courier to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel order before you make payment. If you cancel after making payment you will be liable to pay 15 restocking fee. You cannot cancel after your order has been dispatched.

How Long till my order is dispatched?

Between payment processing and packaging, your order will be dispatched within 72 hours.

How do I make payment?

You make payment with EFT, DEBIT or CREDIT card.

Is my Debit or Credit card details safe?

Absolutely! If you are a first time buyer please be at ease. All payments are handled by South Africa's trusted payment processing company Payfast. Payment takes place on a secure page and no card details will be stored.
